  be held in the Shaw Auditorium on the second floor of the Vancouver Islan
 d Conference Centre. There is ample paid parking beneath the conference ce
 ntre\, which is accessed from Gordon Street. Parking is also available on 
 nearby streets and in the City parking garages. The event will be ticketle
 ss. The reception table outside the auditorium will have a list of all att
 endees. Season Tickets are requested to select their preferred time for th
 e Sunday film screenings\; however\, they can attend the other screenings\
 , if space is available. The October 6th film screenings will be at 3 pm a
 nd 7 pm\, with a gala reception and silent auction between the two film sc
 reenings. The gala reception will begin at 5:30 pm.
